No really just find a good core group, works wonders. I got tired of searching and made my own and it works wonders.

I actually have no real complaints. More astonished and pleasantly surprised that players I've invested time in to help grow are actually flourishing as a result. I suppose a gripe of mine would be when people complain that "newbies never learn", then never bother to try teaching them or looking inwardly at their own flaws.
