While the performance of our army this summer has been sub-par, the war is not yet lost. We shall liberate Poland and defeat Germany in due time. However, to faciliate this Nikolai Ruszky, Paul von Rennenkampf, and Paul von Plehve shall be sacked. I shall leave it up to the General Staff to find replacement, as I am not suited to do as such.
