There are urban legends all over the world, and all but every town has its own stories, along weird places and buildings. Haunted houses are something most disregard as superstition, but not many of them would spend a night.

Whatever the reason, this town happens to have a rumored haunted house, avoided by the locals. So to ease your interest you decide to explore it in the dead of night.

Will it turn out to be a true haunted house?
Will you even get out alive?

A bit of information then:
The story revolves around a bunch of people who unluckily enough had the same idea of paying a visit to this particular haunted house during the same night.
The House is locate in a town somewhere in the world, an eerie place out in the forest by the town, a lone main-building of two storeys, a few rooms on each. The cellar on the other hand, is a different matter altogether
You as a player will have to explore the place, and hopefully manage to leave it to tell the tale.

Name: Roberta "Bobby" Krasinski

Appearance:

Gender: female

Personality: Very curious and adventurous. Despite trying to make friends wherever she goes, she often finds herself very lonesome. She can be seen as somewhat immature as she does alot of childish things (uses her imagination, plays make belief games, explores areas, still plays with toys, etc.) However, she is quite mentally mature for a twelve year old.

Exploring gear: Bobby brought her trusty backpack which has a flash light, line of rope, some snacks from home, a pocket knife, a disposable camera, and a magnifying glass, and some other useless things she has collected from her adventures.

Backstory: Bobby grew up in the town, but in the uptown. Her parents chose this town to live in because of the jobs it offered. Both of Bobby's parents are hard working careers people and do not come home until very late at night. Due to this, Bobby had a lot of time to spend by herself. That is how she got into exploring and using her imagination to amuse herself. She decided to explore the house because she had heard so many stories and they interested her. Sure it would be a long walk to the opposite side of town, but who would notice she was gone in the middle of the night?

Friends: Bobby does not know any of the people at the house (besides one boy she recognizes from school) but she is very talkative and will most likely try to become friends with the people who are there.

Lore: Bobby has heard that there is a octopus like creature that lives in the basement and uses its tentacles to reach into the upper levels of the house and grab anyone who goes into the house. She has also heard that the spirit of the family that lived there fifty years ago roams the rooms.

Name: Jack Angstesser

Appearance:

Gender: Male

Personality: Silent , cold , brunt.

Exploring gear: Carabiner Pocket Knife , Silk Rope , a week worth of iron rations , two medium canteens , a bedroll , Charcoal , flint and steel , spare socks , kindle , a flashlight, first aid kit ,and a pot.

Backstory: Jack is someone who is known as "a person who pushes their limits". Since a young age Jack had been put into military school and thus survival essentials.
He grew up as such looking for another test of his skills , a habit from military school where they pushed their students to the breaking point on a scheduled basis. Having never broken out of this habit and an addiction forming he continually put himself in situations in which he would have to rely on past experience and knowledge to survive.
He grew tired of the usual 'survive a specific amount of time in a forest , the desert' and other locations he decided to test what it would be like to survival a paranormal experience , if such a thing existed.

Friends: None to be noted.
Lore: Jack heard of the house from traveling , bits and pieces from random people indicated to him that it was plump with spirits of the damned , people who want revenge and simply people who loved to murder. He heard that there was often heard screams coming from the house , that people who went in never came back the same.
