Not earth but same tech and still humans. I may put stuff such as flight and steam power being discovered earlier but imagine Empire total war if you want the tech level.

Thanks for the offer, I was actually in an NRP like this when the site went down so I've got a basic idea on how to do this but if I need help I won't hesitate to ask.

EDIT: Points and traits changed, only 2 points now for a starter and I've added some traits and edited others.

EDIT: Map added as well, it's not great and so after I've done a basic one any body with some skill in map making I am happy to make a more refined version.
