Kind of funny, cause you have a genin in your team. Who isn't chuunin leveled.
Anyways, that is up to you and J8cob I guess. Probably would throw it on the Kato's stability of his mind or sanity. Which is both quite low if you consider how he has acted. That and with Kato being on J8cob's sensei's lead, it is his decision. Then again, it is the decision of Les, Fiery and Chrome if the exams are open or not. It has been some time since they were actually open.

I actually never thought about Chase/Taker's parents, but with Chase being ''dead'', I doubt that his parents would be a factor in his life again. Neither can I actually remember anything about Ryoku's parents.
