Poppy Flanagan A pink dress did sound nice, but it wouldn't be appropriate for here. Nonetheless it made Poppy even more embarrassed. Her rosy cheeks were a clear indicator. She turned away unconvinced, but uplifted up by Theresa's effort. This Shannon sounded interesting, right until the pat about being an asshole. Why must so many people be jerks... "Oh... Okay." Still if she could make easy work of a suit remodel then she would go along. It's not like she'd have to see her again if she did turn out to be mean. Then suddenly a giant bear charged across the room. Time seemed to slow down and she just started, it didn't seem real. When Theresa grabbed her hand she went along unthinking all the while still watching the scene. Things looked like they were going to get pretty rough when Amanda started shooting metal at the beast. It was all over so quickly and back to jokes on Theresa's part. Poppy however was too shocked to say anything yet. Vespera Spindel "No, I'm afraid not. You aren't my type." Since there was no getting through to Valjean, Vespera decided to give her antics a rest. In his arrogance he had actually hit closer to the mark than he realized. She did in fact want to get with him in a sort of way. There was something that made him who he was, the two of them weren't so different. The main thing is that he could become completely human. Without Deborah he'd be all alone, of course me might be angry at first, but once she ends it he'd eventually break down. Then she could come in and wrap him around her finger. And unlike his current she'd deliver faithfully, so long as Valjean could be a good dog. Of course there was somebody new to consider with Chris's return. "They could have shown everyone this yesterday and still said what was needed." Her train of thought was interrupted by a large charging animal marked like a panda. It took a moment for Vespera to respond. "I recognize him from a long time ago. Wonder what made him drag his paws back here." So far they didn't have much to disagree upon, until he mentioned not having class. "I don't care to demonstrate my abilities where it doesn't count, however I am interested to see toys the freshmeat are packing." Karlie Davis It seemed Nikki was receptive to her advice, which was a good thing in her mind. Karlie wasn't sure what degree of control her power granted her, what was though is that she'd likely get targeted for no other reason than being a threat. An attempt to take her out before she poses too much a potential problem. Amanda of course was of opposite persuasion. When Nikki commented on a beekeeper outfit she could see that working. She was preparing to respond when a giant bear came running through the doors and straight for the stage. Karlie watched it go by and thought it was the coolest thing ever, on top of being a little scared of course. "Amanda! You might not want to do that, it'll probably just get it angry!" Arg, Nikki too. I could use the costume about now to stop her... The situation was diffused quickly enough. "See he was just giving your Pops a hug... a big bear one... he should have announced himself first." Zack King Zack was considering walking out for a few, maybe taking a smoke. That is until a giant bear entered the mix. After the initial shock passed through him he readied himself in case it came near him. If it did it would regret it. He'd drop that oversized panda right on it's head. That's what'd he'd do. Huh, that thing looks like it weighs a lot... Still, Zack was sure he could do it. And it goes to hug the teacher... what kind of place is this? Things were plenty weird and so far he hadn't seen much of a reason to hang, other than free basic necessities. For that alone he'd stick with it. Hell, they could bring in fifty of his jungle brothers, so long as they were tame. Well maybe not not quite, but he wasn't about to show any weakness. Plus anyone that was allowed in here must be able to control themselves, at least for the most part, or else they'd have a fiasco on their hands. The one that he'd think would be the most trouble was the lizard man, who was now a different color and all armored up. Nothing that he couldn't handle, not that he wanted to tempt fate. It was the normal looking people from Zack's experience that he had to watch out for. Ones with ranged attacks he couldn't block. He'd be keeping his eyes out this 'power training session' or whatever to see who could make his life difficult.
