We'll be advancing the invasion soon... Initiating the siege of the inner city, setting forces out to bother the ones in the forest and such. The post is a Collab with Echo, so it'll take a bit extra time to finish. One thing though. We'd not mind if someone else started working out the viewpoint of the defenders, both of the inner city and the fortress itself. We're intentionally avoiding making any NPCs for that ourselves. This is also a nice point where you can get to kill quite a few Kalesian soldiers. 

The status of the city (and environs) when that post finally comes out:
Outer city conquered.
Civilians have been escorted out of harm's way, away from the inner city.
Docks belong to the Empire.
Numerous boats out on the lake. Most of them do not belong to the Empire, being mainly neutral. Probably quite a few of them have panicked crews (or passengers). 
Imperial Mauler Cavalry are moving to surround the far side of the lake. Thinly spread.
If ya want a forest fire, feel free to add it in. We're not making it officially part of their orders ourselves, but you can add that yourself.
