It means that the person won't feel sexual attraction until a bond is formed. They still appreciate the personality and looks of the person, but they need a bond before they will feel actual attraction. Demisexuals also generally love someone for their mind first and foremost and fall in love with the personality first before the looks. Outside of that, demisexuals tend towards being practically asexual as they feel no need for one night stands or casual sex. In a relationship, they are nearly incapable of cheating as they usually don't enter a relationship without loving the person first.

As for her polyamoury, it just means that she is not necessarily restricted to loving one person and instead can love more than one. Now, she won't seek another person to love, but she is open to the possibility of a biamourous relationship. Since she is both poly and demisexual, she is content in a monogamous relationship but will not deny that she may end up in a biamourous relationship or develop affection for others outside the relationship.
