The therapist is under shared control among the players. As you may expect, group therapy works as the name suggest. Base on the research I previously made, the therapist normally opens a topic which either correlating to an event - recent death, changes within the rule, etc. - or emotion. Then therapist would let the kids talk about it. After the discussion, normally they give 'homework' out and set goals for their next meeting which normally happens once to three times a week.
