Oliva nodded, but it was Simon who spoke "that is generally what we strive for, however, we can't always have that number of exorcists on a team, especially when there are a few demons out there needing to be exorcised. You need to learn to work in any team, to be able to trust your partners, and know that they have your back if needed. You need to be sure in your own skills as well. But mostly you need to trust us. You need to trust that we know when you are ready to graduate, and what you are ready for. Trust is important, without it, we cannot form good teams" he said softly, yet his voice seemed to echo through the room. 

Cassandra grimaced. She knew trust was important, and she did trust Lorenzo, and Ren, Lilly hadn't betrayed them, so she trusted her too, and there was a begrudging trust for Hax, if inky because he had protected Lilly and stayed when he didn't have to. But could she trust anyone else to be able to make a team? She didn't know. She sighed softly, and looked up, but couldn't find any worlds for what she wanted to say
