What a fluid motion. It seemed that Moon Rider’s skill with sharp things has increased since Haruka had last seen her. At this point, the drawing of her sword was probably equal to the <> skill that White Terror employed so heavily. Not that Moon Rider, being a single-sword user, would have any use for that, but it was an apt comparison. Smiling fearlessly despite the cold steel that stilled itself just inches away from her neck, the White King’s six eyes rolled themselves in unison when Blue appeared, having used Mecha-Bucephalus as a platform to jump off. Turning around to face the Assassin King, she replied, “I’ll be billing you if there’s any permanent damage, alright?” Really, it was pretty silly, seeing how judgemental and angry and PMS-y Blackie was getting. Shrugging and placing a white, clawed hand on the blade, she replied, “You should have expected all the Kings to be coming over, making such a public announcement and all. And no, Blue and Orange just tagged along, I’m guessing.” With three of her eyes winking, she suggested, “Or maybe Blue was just stealthed here the whole time? Have you invested in True Vision yet, my friend?” Before she could go on further though, a system announcement rang through the gloomy halls. Turning about and watching as the walls turned siren-red, the girl furrowed her brows from underneath her mask. The problem was getting worse, now was it? It was a lot of Dissolutions to be missing out on, and at the same time, it coincided too well with Moon Rider’s own announcement of opening the doors of the Ebony Strykers. Planned? Or… Suddenly, as reality began to crossfade into her vision, the Black King closed in, not with attacks, but words. What a surprise. That recluse could use non-threatening words after all. She was beginning to think that Moon Rider had forgotten that some things could be settled through talking alone. ~ Slowly, Haruka opened her eyes, yawning like she always had whenever she left the realm of the Deep Ground. Standing up from her seat in the lecture hall and taking a look at the clock, the short-haired girl promptly decided that it was a good time for dinner, and was about to, when she remembered that she might as well say something to all the Ivory Masks present in the lecture hall. It was pretty much at full capacity at that point, and, coughing to get their attention, she waved cheerily and said, “Well, that was quite a server hiccup, wasn’t it? I’ll be setting up a new discussion thread in the Ivory Masks forum, so if you have anything to contribute or speculate, send your thoughts there. Meilin, if you have the time, see if you can figure out when exactly the Dissolution numbers began spiking, and where they appeared. If it’s random, then it’s random, but if there’s a pattern…well, figuring out a routine’s the best way to catch an annoying person, isn’t it?” Picking up her bag and finishing off her miniature speech, Haruka said, “I’ll be leaving for dinner now. Just text me if you need me…but try not to do it for trivial questions, because my phone doesn’t like having a billion messages.”
