-Background: Alfgore has had a very interesting life, being born in a temple for the daedric prince of madness his early life was serving the prince, until one day on his fifteenth birthday he had a dream, Sheogorath was standing in front of him, talking about nonsense until he noticed Alfgore standing in his throne room, they conversed for a while before The prince gave Alfgore the chance of a lifetime, to go into the realm of madness for as long as he wanted, the only catch was he had to kill everyone in the temple, Sheogorath would aid him by lending him a powerful weapon called wabbajack to kill them. He agreed reluctantly. What he didn't know was Sheogorath had offered the same thing to everyone else in the temple. The only difference was they didn't have the Wabbajack. After two days of non-stop fighting it was over and he was whisked away into the land of madness.

Alfgore doesn't remember much from this time of his life, his theory is that what he had seen was so horrible that his mind is blocking it from memory, but he has nightmares and what he can remember is being faced with impossible odds and doing unspeakable things. He awoke back at the temple, aged twenty years since when he left. Once he awoke he did a pilgrimage through all the big shines and temples in tamreial, trying to wipe the Daedric filth off of him. On his journey he made a name for himself, the man pure of heart and full of knowledge. After his pilgrimage he got a letter from the emperor, saying he needed to aid tamreial, he was being chosen for his knowledge and skill when dealing with Daedra he wasn't about to pass up a chance to serve the Septims and earn himself some more redemption

Gah, writing out my in-game Reachman Witchhunter is proving much harder than expected, 'specially with the lack of lorestuffs to work with >.>

Eh, whatever. I have a few other concepts I can work with. Besides, we've already got a Daedra hunter, so an anti-mage seems a wee redundant to me.

Also, Automation, Dispel Daedra/Undead spells fall under Mysticism in Daggerfall, along with a bunch of other spells of varying convenience for a Daedra smiter.

I see no problem with the bio, but I see some problems with the skills, it seems that your forgot to check which are the skills in Daggerfall. There is no such thing as Speech (being divided between etiquette for talking with nobles and streetwise for talking with peasants) and alchemy (which can only be done by paying NPCs) and monks are not supposed to be able to wear steel gauntlets (if it is to hit harder with hand to hand combat do not worry, you won't need it being a monk) but this last thing is not very important and I can allow it

Contrary to what you would think, monks are not a magician class, they are warriors, but considering that I don't want to abide 100% by the rules I'm not going to prohibit it from doing magic (just so that you know that it shouldn't), but the problem is that you didn't put which spells you would use, "some restoration magic for warding off daedra and other spirits" is not specific and, as Grey has said, the restoration school has no such kind of warding magic in Daggerfall

The back story and characterization is really good and I want to see it in action, but I recommend that you put the skills in order by putting 3 primary skills and 3 secondary skills from Daggerfall and also specify the spells (in the case of a monk, a maximum of two weak spells at the beginning)

-Equipment: two steel katanas, full leather armor(no helmet), a black cape, her backpack. a fairy tales book and gold ornaments
-Background: Pisukisa was born in Whiterun, at the age of 18 she joined the guards, it was a family tradition. Soon Pisukisa started to get famous because of her great skill with her katanas when fighting thieves, at the age of 20 a wizard appeared before Pisukusa and offered a potion to put an end to her shyness, however the potion was to kill the Jarl, Pisukisa cold not control her body due to the potion and took the Jarl's life, the potion's effect soon ended and Pisukisa had no other choise but to run away from Whiterun.
She travled from place to place for a year until she reached Anticlere, she spent there 4 yeard, she tried to open a bar but Pisukisa's gloomy personality made the tavern go bankrupt in just a year so Pisukisa had to work as a hunter for 3 years until a meesanger arrived with a letter and told Pisukusa she would be forggiben is she accepted the job

Accepted TheSecret, however there are two, well, three things that you might (or not) add
First, you only put three skills, you can add other three more if you want
You might want to tell what Pisukisa did in Anticlere during the 4 years she spent there to have a richer background
Also, this is quite irrelevant, but because you didn't specify which book she is carrying I just chose a random one from the Daggerfall library, so you might want to change it if you care enough

Good question Vortex, you'll have to use your own criteria for that and in general you must read the effect of the spell and consider that it isn't very powerful, for example for destruction spells those of low level would be ones that affect a singlr target on touch. Spells that buff the character are usually low level too. In illusion chameleon, which makes you invisible when you are not moving and shadow, which makes you invisible in dark places, are low level while invisibility is high

Best way: just PM me if you have severe doubts
