People Think I’m Crazy But I’m Really : A genuinely upbeat guy with a penchant for science, loves playing pool. 

Why I’m so Bad : Horace's parents never loved him like a regular child. He always had to fight to get himself noticed, after messing with a science lab kit that he took from his dad's office he then began trying to unlock the mystery of blood and genetics. One day he accidentally added in a rare genetic isotope that he found in a nearby pharmaceutical company and injected it into himself after thinking he found the cure for astigmatism. His father found him lying on the floor and proceeded to try and cover up his mistake, when he awoke Horace let loose this new power and accidentally caused his fathers heart to stop. After this he ran away and didn't look back.

World Beware My Power! : Blood manipulation, Horace can focus on an enemies veins and/or Arteries and collapse them or make them explode. He can slow down or speed up the travel of blood cells, the amount of oxygen they have or even cause them to internally explode. However this takes energy, time and focus and a whole lot of patience. He prefers to manipulate his own blood for practice, slowing down the flow or speeding it up depending on the situation. The reason why he can't really use it for combat is because after disabling one opponent he would probably need to have a nap and a few snacks. 

Random Things You May Want to Know For No Real Reason : Horace is afraid of of people with Labcoats, and will usually kill doctors or scientists before anything else. Why? Because he is afraid that if he is ever found out, he will become an experiment.
