I've got a years-long history of roleplaying, though for a while I didn't take part in any. Then, over the past year I have been in several RPs that have been very enjoyable, but I found that the small community I had was slowly shrinking, and recently imploded.

So I googled for a new place to roleplay, and found this place. I hope to have a peaceful, drama-free environment to roleplay in and have fun.

I tend to enjoy unique RP settings that are slightly lighter and softer than real life (i.e. the heroes actually win or at least don't lose in a way that causes something horrible to happen). I also unfortunately don't find any enjoyment from many popular ideas like the settings of sci-fi films/tv shows taking place in space, tolkien-esque fantasy settings, anything with zombies (too scary), anything with vampires (neither romanticized "sparklepires", dark and edgy villains, or horror-genre vampires), or any of the popular animes.

The majority of us are pretty friendly once you get to know us. I'm friendly as long as I'm not GMing a game for you. You'd either hate me for my cruelty or love me for the challenges I provide you, if that were the case. I'm one of those people who sees weaknesses as potential strengths, though.
