All the kings more or less know each other. As in the OOC opening the Green King is framing the Red King, the Blue King and Red King fight a lot. The Red King wants to beat the Green King, but you know... He can't just beat him down because it won't prove his or his clans innocence. The gold king knows the blue King. The Green King knows all of them but doesn't act the same with all of them. You know? Who the green King knows in his clan is up to the player. Same with Blue Clan. 

The Red King has to know everyone in his clan. The reason being is the test to enter. I could explain the test if you guys want and/or do not know of said test.

For this RP... Lets say about 4-5 years of establishment. You were my FIRST Clansman. We have known each other for however, long you want to say (Part of the reason my history for Shu is only the important stuff and left vague enough lol) Hope this answers all of that and sorry for taking so long.

Though the mechanic would likely best fit with green... Maybe... Idk...
