Alright, so looking for four other people interested in exploring a post-apocalyptic, zombie-infested world.
Basically, we're gonna be a group of survivors, stuck in the middle of the city, trying to head out to the country where the last-known running military base reportedly is (not so original, I know, but still fun).
However, here is the twist: one of us survivors has been bitten. This is going to be selected randomly, and to make it more interesting, no one else knows who. Basically, once we have 5 characters in, I will use a number generator, http://numbergenerator.org/randomnumberbetween1and5 (in case you're interested), to work out who has been bitten (when you submit a CS, please pick a number between 1 and 5, so that I can do this). I will PM the person that is picked, or it could be me, who knows.
The only real rules:
- if you are the person who has been bitten, you cannot tell anyone, though you can give hints, and the group can "work it out" (I will know who it is, but I'll shut up and pretend to have no idea.. actually, I'll probably forget anyway, I'm good like that)
- if you aren't bitten, you can't "prove" that you are not
- bitten or not, you can lie, spread rumours etc., so that there's a bit of mystery
Main plot points:
- we heard a radio transmission saying that the army had a safe zone in a military base - "Mullins" out in the country side, and we are trying to get there
- the virus spreads slowly; the change can take between 4 and 10 days, symptoms are varied, and many symptoms are unknown to the group
- the zombies themselves vary too, some are fast-movers, some are slow and shambly, and some do unexpected things
Ok, I think that's it. Basically, I just want to have some fun with it, so if you have any ideas to add, feel free, and I want the whole idea to have some flexibility anyways.

Likewise, her boyfriend Sam was overseas visiting his brother, and she managed to talk with him a few times before communications went down; things are bad everywhere.
At Uni, she was studying teaching, and spent a lot of her free time running; something that has probably saved her life more than once since Day 0 (the day that the virus became public and the outbreak truly became unstoppable). She's glad to be with the group, and is holding onto the hope that at the military base she will find her family, and work out a way to meet up with Sam again.
