"I'm just going to ignore what you just said." Zheng responded to the thought of being turned half hollow. He ordered a bowl of ramen with extra fatty pork and sake for the two of them. "On my first day I nearly died multiple times. The first mission I was assigned on was to kill hollows and defeat a shinigam controlling them. Killing the hollows was easy, so was smashing the baldy's face though..." His face darkened slightly. "A man with an ox skull on his head killed him and nearly killed me, I was saved by the third seat of my squad." The sake arrived first and he took a large gulp of it before speaking again. "My second mission was to apprehend a shinigami who was committing thefts and other crimes. Me and this woman named Sinai had him on the ropes, but then some guy suddenly killed him, took the bag that the guy was carrying and then summoned a swarm of hollows by breaking a pill. The captain in charge had to help us out because there were so many of them, I lost track how many I killed." He took another sip of his saki. It was warming him up inside. "The guy got a way though."
