Thorne smiled gently as she realized that perhaps the guy had some psychological problem, evidenced from his pained expressions, and his reluctance to even reveal his burned arm. She had no intention to pry any further regarding that burned arm, mainly because it seemed like a private matter, and that, she didn't really have that much interest in it. Thorne looked around as she examined the forest; why were they even there? Thorne straightened her glasses before sighing and looking at the man again. It seems that this wasn't merely an abduction. For them to be dumped in a forest would mean that the perpetrator really took time to devise this plan. There would be research as to what, where, and why this forest would be picked. The mere thought that they dumped in a forest, and not killed, would mean that they weren't meant for ransom. Worst case scenario, they would be killed by the wild animals in this forest. This would be similar to the amphitheater back in the Roman days. This would mean... someone is watching them; someone was being entertained every time their blood would paint the ground red. At least, that's how Thorne placed it logically based on the movies that she had watched. "Well. From the looks of it, Chriss isn't the problem here. It seems, we were truly chosen to be abducted, perhaps assaulted in your case." Thorne's voice turned from gentle to serious. Thorne could calculate all she wants, but as long as she didn't know the cause, she would never know the reason. "It seems we're gonna be stuck here for a while. More or less, this was a well-planned scheme. We're not abducted... we're just entertainment." Thorne mumbled as she clenched her fist. Suddenly, she relaxed and shook her head. "Now is not the time to get an asthma attack!" Thorne held her head while shaking it vigorously. Thorne breathed deeply as she focused her mind. "Well, there is strength in numbers. I guess it's better if we find the others, wouldn't you agree, Azuriel?" Thorne looked back at the snow-haired lad with a smile.
