Kurisa....sigh...he just got promoted... 

but I dont think he should play catch up. i think he should do his best to train from the beginning. I had this idea to do before he got promoted anyways as a means for him to earn the position. but now that he has it. why pause? esspeically after his last mission left him rek'd. at this point he's motivated, and now with a captain present he is free to step away from the squad and train. 

as for the way...i'll pm you again...cuz i asked you about it kind of ...but never got a response. im still working out the minor details though.but long story short for everyone else to see. time space barrier that can be held for an hour. but inside them 12 hours pass. a few of those mixed with spirit/kido cuffs that severly limit the use of spirit energy. and a flawless nurse to put him back together if he falls apart.
