Still hate double-posting, but here it is. After at least a half-dozen attempts that were scrapped either for lack of inspiration or being too similar to existing characters (most notably Forgeborn and Zeta), I finally got a character I can click with. And they even come complete with an entry for your organization database :)
Name: Blackhawk (real name unknown) Age: Early 30s; exact age unknown Gender: Female Appearance: Personality: Blackhawk is a trigger-happy, anti-superhuman, pro-genocide, gun-toting, cigarette-smoking, alcohol-drinking lunatic. Seeing her calm would probably herald the opening of Hell's first ice-skating rink, and seeing her outright help a superhuman would still be impossible at that point. As a bit of a hotshot among UHF members, it should be noted that she tends to lean toward the villain side of the hero/villain spectrum. When she's acting of her own volition, it will probably be the same stuff a supervillain would do, but rest assured that any superhuman - good or evil - is a fair target to her. As a result, she sometimes ends up helping heroes or villains take out their rivals, even if she doesn't want to. Skills: Very good with guns and melee combat. Supposedly, she's also quite the chemist and engineer. Abilities: NONE AT ALL! [hider2=Equipment]"Lunatic Juice" Nobody knows what the small bottles of blue liquid Blackhawk carries really do. However, it's probably some sort of super-soldier serum, since whenever she drinks it, she becomes stronger, faster, tougher, and generally able to fight superhumans on even footing without need for a fancy suit like Jettank. Supposedly, her personality is a result of the side-effects. Typically, Blackhawk will carry four of these bottles, which are stored in the pouch on her left leg. Shotgun/Rifle Custom-made, supposedly by Blackhawk herself. It's a two-handed gun, but has the capabilities to switch between an assault rifle and a shotgun. Common theory is that it's actually a heavily-modified shotgun, which would explain why it looks so much like one yet doesn't look a thing like a rifle. Holstered over a magnet on the right side of the back of her vest when not in use. Pistol Custom-made, supposedly by Blackhawk herself. It may be small, but it packs a nasty punch. However, it's primarily a backup weapon, since Blackhawk usually has her rifle/shotgun out and it's a pain to switch between the two, especially in combat. Grenade Launcher Custom-made, supposedly by Blackhawk herself. This small grenade launcher is typically holstered on Blackhawk's right thigh, and is light and sturdy enough to be used to smack somebody if need be. However, since it's small, it has a pretty nasty kick to it. Machete Holstered behind her left shoulder, Blackhawk's machete is her best friend in close-ranged combat. She's actually ambidextrous, and uses the machete with her left hand. This means she can (and usually will) reach for her pistol with her right hand if the fight goes on too long or she otherwise needs it. Assault Vest Despite all her fancy custom-made guns and whatever the hell her blue stuff is, Blackhawk's assault vest is actually standard-issue for the most part. The only modification she made was adding a magnet on the back of the right shoulder so she had a place to put her rifle/shotgun. Ammo Pouch The pouch on Blackhawk's lower back contains ammo for all her weapons, from mags to shotgun shells to explosive and smoke grenades. She also keeps a pack of cigarettes in there, as well as a lighter.[/hider2] Brief Backstory: A lot of Blackhawk's life is a mystery. Based on her name, it's commonly believed she was formerly a soldier of the infamous Blackhawk Squadron who went AWOL when her fellow Blackhawks were killed by a superhuman, though some variations of the story say she was honorably discharged. In either case, it would make quite a bit of sense since as soon as Blackhawk returned from duty (assuming she was with the Blackhawk Squadron), she swore that she would exterminate every last superhuman out there. Her possible connections to the Blackhawk Squadron would also explain her skills with weapons and her less-than-caring attitude about others. In any case, Blackhawk's crusade has brought her to Greenfield, a recent gathering point for superhumans. With this many in one place, it suffices to say that for Blackhawk, the hunt is on.

Name: Blackhawk Squadron Description: The Blackhawk Squadron was created in 1913 and served no country in particular. Rather, they consisted of the best of the best from several nations, and their sole purpose was to keep superhumans in check, for better or worse. Until they were eradicated in 2013, they were notorious not only for being good at their job, but also for their lack of concern for collateral damage or the well-being of bystanders. The exact details of their extermination in 2013 is a mystery, but what's known is that the Blackhawks were killed by a superhuman. The identity of the one responsible - villain or not - remains unknown.
