The guardswoman's thoughts were pretty disorganised as she sat, trying in vain to clean the blood off of her hands. Out of the corner of her fuzzy vision, she noticed someone was crouched in front her, seemingly examining her relatively thoroughly. It was the new woman. She seemed.....happy. Giddy almost. It would have been concerning if Karina hadn't found it endearing almost. She tried to smile. She was sure her face remained blank. Like a puzzle with a few pieces missing. If the pieces were blood. She held in a cough, it would be rather rude to meet someone and then cough blood on them, she privately mused. "Wow, you're quite cute aren't you!" Hmm. That was unexpected. This time she did smile, out of reflex. It was a small smile, perhaps more accurately called a smirk. However, Karina's moment of amusement was cut short when she was reminded of her wounds. She bit back a groan. The guard was sure people would be sick of hearing her whining. Dazedly, Karina realised the girl had stood up again. Things were moving too fast for her, that's for sure. Or perhaps she was moving too slow for everything else? Her blood-loss induced thoughts were cut short by another string of words. "Well, you look fine to me. Once we get you out of here, I'll give your wound a closer look, but for now you should just try not to faint." Yes, that sounded like a half-decent idea. She braced herself against the wall and mustered her strength. In a 'mighty' burst of motivation she stumbled to her feet, breathing hard. Alright, step one completed. Next came the walking. She was dizzy but she took a deep breath of stale air and took a few disoriented steps out of the closet, a few errant droplets of blood plunking to the ground in her wake. "We...We better go..."
