Roselia Noela isn't a name that's tied to a specific event or crime. Though there are a fair few that she did indeed commit she's become something of a mythic figure. The kind of person that people tell stories about around the campfire and minstrels sing about. If her name comes up feel free to make up any story you wish about her that your character may have heard. The only thing that all of them have in common is that at age 15 she ventured into the Granuailan Acres and called forth the power of the underworld to do her bidding. The crimes and stories attributed to her are always dark, and bloody. Past that feel free to invent and once her true name comes out (since it will eventually) she'll tell which ones are true and which aren't.
