Rava looked to Katan and the jackal
"I'll handle the guards, we need not the jackal to expose us" he said as he jumped out from behind the rock that they were spying on the guards from, with his camouflage active he moved with confidence, and slowly so, that way he wouldn't be picked up on motion sensors it they had them, as he closed in the guards he activated his energy swords just as the guards were reporting in, Rava stayed his blades as he listened to them
.
"we're picking up some strange signals sir.... no it's not the prophets puppets....., but we did hear something over the ridge, requesting scouting team sir.... understood sir..." one guard said as before he spoke to the other, just as he turned to leave, the guard made a grunting sound as he grabbed for his midsection, the other guard stood with a confused look on him
"hey, you all right?..." he asked as he tightened his grip on his carbine
.
"just fine..." said a voice that was strange to him, the body then fell to the ground and the guard raised his carbine with a surprised look, just then Rava knocked the carbine out of his hands and impaled the guard trough his neck, then as the other guard he fell to the ground, Rava deactivated his camouflage as looked to the others
"Move In!" he ordered as he turned to the doors and stabbed his energy sword into the controls, the doors sparked then shot open, some oxygen was sucked out into the void of space as Rava entered the air lock and waited for the others to join him

Ramo had sat silently during the piloting phase, and had stayed quiet for a while, occasionally looking around, paranoid of some attack that would come. None came, so he just waited with the rest of the crew, rarely casting a glance at the jackal, but those he did he did were in slight disgust. He listened to to the Arbiter as he said he would go and take out the guards, so he waited a bit more. Ramo heard the words 'move in' but hesitated, taking a glance back at the Phantom. He'd rather stay on the craft, in case the squad needed a quick pickup or gun run, but he shrugged. There were heretics inside to be killed, so he grinned, and entered the airlock with the Arbiter.

Katan deactivated his camouflage and followed behind the Arbiter, he was slightly nervous, he had a high councilor, with him. The young officer couldn't even begin to fathom the idea of giving orders to someone at such a prestigious rank. The councilor's words resonated within his head, this was his mission and only he would oversee it. He narrowed his eyes as he looked toward the Arbiter. "Make no mistake Arbiter, while you may be of rank you still follow my orders..." He said in a cold manner, he waited for the others to followed behind him.

Rak shrugged at the arbiter's demeaning words, brushing them off like so little asteroid dust and replacing his garrote at his belt, following along at the shout of 'move in'. As he passed the arbiter, he gave his broadest, friendly grin, and a salute that simply -dripped- with sarcasm. Katan's words, overheard by the jackal's sharp ears, only made him grin even wider. -Katan- had said he could go in for the kill, meaning the arbiter had defied orders. Which meant he was in the right. Oh, the irony of indirectly getting in a serious fuck you at a high ranking man... Once they all began to move, he leaned back against a wall, thankfully keeping his voice down incase anyone was nearby.

"So, heretics. They -did- send rather few of us for an entire base, don't you think? Should be more fun that way."

Fun. He considered this -fun-. Well, some people are just meant to kill, 'spose...

Igora and his brother moved in after they heard the kill and order. As they approached Igora stepped on one of the fallen Heretics arms smashing it flat under his foot with a satisfying crunch. They moved to either side of the airlock leaving the middle space open for the squad. 'You're making a mess.' Hagana communicated in soft low tones. This made them both chuckle.

Following the troops that made their way past the hissing space port, Tahlia whispered in a squeak to her nearest comrade.
"Need orders! Just sitting around makes lazy grunt." She jokingly poked her scaled stomach, smiling beneath her mask as she went on in her quiet tones.
"Make fat grunt. Me gotta watch weight." But instead of watching her body for imperfections, as if there were any, Tahlia kept her eyes ahead and behind the area surrounding them. It wouldn't do for a solider to be slacking off. Especially in a special mission like this. She looked over her plasma pistol as well, staring at the glowing point for a few odd moments, before returning her gaze to it's original point. Watching for any suspicious behavior.

Rava seemed to pas a glare to Katan "I would follow your orders, if you gave them" he said as turned to face him "you would risk this entire mission to let a jackal give into it's blood lust" he said in a stern voice as he pointed at the jackal, he was clearly angered "you may give the orders Katan, but when you do, make sure they're wise ones" Rava said as he turned to activate the air lock

Katan glared at the Arbiter dangerously, he'd have no problem ending him with the way this was going. He allowed the Arbiter to activate the air lock, the door before them was closed, the enemy lied right behind it. He had two options for this mission, either a full on assault or stealth, he looked toward the two Hunters that laughed at the desecration of the heretic's body before turning to the Elites that were with him(I'm assuming all of them except the field marshall). "Grand Councillor, Arbiter, Pilot you three will deal with with the Sangheili heretics with me." He commanded in a stern tone, turning to face Rak, Kiv, Tahlia, and Nimgi. "You four with eliminate the heretic Unggoy...." He commanded, he then pointed to both of the Hunters. "You both will have orders once this area has been cleared..." He told them before activating his camo, Kiv readied his energy knife and Nimgi did the same.

Igora and Harana both nodded at the orders give to them after the rather tense exchange Katan and Rava had. They then moved to the sides of the group towards the front and set up as shields for the rest as their normal non combat infiltration positions would be. They stood hunched waiting for the gate to open and the fight to commence.

Rak's face deadpanned at his orders. Unggoy, really? Now that was just.... insulting. But alas, there was nothing he could do about a direct order such as that. While the rest no doubt too up positions in front of or beside the door, he took a leap upwards, hanging -over- the door instead. He'd probably wait for everyone to pass, then head in quietly.... And roof-bomb everyone.

And..... Was that a heretic finger in his mouth, held like a damn cigar?

Tahlia twitched her mouth-nozzle in nervousness. Kill someone who was a direct species of herself? Someone who might recognize her as brethren? But if that were true, then they all wouldn't be fighting in the first place. It sometimes felt odd to kill one so closely related to herself. The rest of the time it never fazed her nearly empty mind. Just another sack of flesh that needed disposing of. She cleared her throat quietly, thinking instead of the colorful blood that would spill from it's body. Blue and almost glowing, like some kind of macabre slime to play with as a young one. There were no playful gestures among them however, though Tahlia was merely accounting for the one's giving orders.
Taking her spot quickly, she fiddled with the jutting out needles of her weapon. Careful not to burst one of them and make noise before the appointed time. Instead, she leered at her reflection in the purple crystals, giving her idle mind some entertainment.

Rava nodded towards Katan before activating his energy swords, followed by his active camouflage, he stood near the airlock doors getting into a ready position, his grip tight on his blades, the doors began to hiss
"on the blood of our fathers on the blood of our sons..." Rava said silently to himself as he narrowed his eye's, slightly adjusting his position to be ready when the air lock opened

The counselor listened to Katan and the Arbiter begin to speak, clearly Katan mistaken the counselor's words for a different meaning and once the two finished the counselor silently said to Katan, "It is true that this is your mission, though the arbiter is not yours to command. He is mine. Your troops' lives should be the ones that matters to you, his not his Katan for he is already one with the dead." Once he finished speaking the counselor stood out for only a second to listen further to the radio (or w/e it was) that one of the fallen elites had. Whatever was happening on the other side did not sound pleasant and it was enough for the counselor to be suspicious on what was happening on the other side. After his moment of staying behind he ran to catch up with the others of the group, his active camouflage was already on as soon as he reached the door. He was ready for action and looking at the arbiter the counselor spoke, " I take it you already know about your armor's flaw? Don't waste a single moment Arbiter." Whispered the counselor as the airlock hissed.

Rava didn't bother to look back to the counselor as he focused
"I never do..." he said in a somewhat agitated tone, the doors then opened, their were two guards, they both looked into the airlock, to their confusion it was empty, they looked at each other and shrugged, then, they were both gargling up purple blood as two energy swords glowed through their necks, they both fell to the ground just as the Arbiters camo ran out, he looked around then looked back to the others in the airlock and nodded to them that the coast was clear
"our main target will most likely be deep within the heart of this facility, we must move swiftly and silently" he suggested to Katan as he turned to the corridor ahead of them

Katan allowed the Arbiter to strike first, his blade ready to extinguish a life, he walked forward through the halls. Kiv and Nigmi steeled themselves and followed after their commander.Once Katan positioned behind a heretic elite he plunged his blade into the chest of the lying snake. Two others turned in the direction of Katan with their carbines and before they could fire, blades were put through their necks, Kiv an Nigmi were to his aid. They slipped away while pulling the bodies out of sight, the hunters could now take out the dropship in the hangar.

The massive behemoths Igora and Harana began to run through the hallway, leading to the hangar, sprinting like a pair of enraged bulls. " , ground the dropship before the heretic can escape!" Katan ordered, pointing toward the Phantom, fire from turrets in the hangar forced him to take cover, the hunters didn't falter though. They fired their cannons at the manned turrets, the result was destructive, once the burning hot unstable plasma made contact with the turrets, they exploded violently, easily killing the operator. The next hail of cannon fire was aimed at the quickly escaping dropship, taking out an engine before it was able to fly off. The banshees taking off as well and forming a protective formation, as far as Katan had now seen, this mission was a failure. "Pilot! Be ready to pick us up!" He shouted over comms, standing in the dropship, angry about the mission failure. The Prophets did not take failure lightly, his punishment would likely be harsh. He looks toward the others before looking away, not sure how they all felt, but the arbiter, he knew how bad this would look. He was supposed to die on this mission, Katan's failure would look like treason.
