Connor felt grateful as Paige came to help him carry the guy. He muttered a thanks as they kept going. The hunter had to look away as a lycan was suddenly in the fray, chowing down on a victim. Don't think about them now, Connor thought, but still clenched his fist. Right when he was going to respond to Paige's question Phil was suddenly there. He looked very messed up with the blood dripping in his face, but Connor did his best to not look phased. He hadn't really been used to the killing yet, hell he hadn't even killed a supernatural himself yet. "Phil's right, I'll look for Rand after we find some place to hide out." After that Phil left them behind to scout ahead, and his news back was very...convenient. "Cave is great, let's head there," Connor said, picking up the pace. --------- Azuriel slid down the side of a tree in order to catch his breath. Loud growling, accompanied with loud footsteps coming from his left. He pressed his back as far as he could until footsteps disappeared into the distance. Slowly getting up he continued to run until he can't run no more. "What's going on? Are we just being used for someone's twisted fantasies?" While he muttered to himself, he touched the side of his head and felt blood coming from the small wound on the side of his head. Right behind Azuriel Nixon leaned against a tree holding his spear. "I wouldn't say someone's," Nixon said casually, tipping his spear. "More like a lot of people's fantasies. I'm not the only one here you know." The vampire indicated the lycan. "Enough chaos you think? I believe I did a good job. Then again a corpse to fling around at people would be fun," Nixon gave his twisted grin and gripped his spear, cocking his head at Azuriel. He was about to move in when he received a call from the Manager. Nixon sighed and held a finger up to Azuriel. "Nixon? You did a fine enough job. I have another task for you. Isaac has a little experiment and we need a female test subject for it. Can you grab one for me?" The Manager said over the comms. "Yeah Boss, I'll go get one," Nixon replied, turning off his comm. He'd have to save this human for later. Nixon blinked away, looking for a good specimen.
