Fergus began to shake, and tears fell from his eyes.

"That already happened." He finally said "We don't talk about it... it was too horrible. No, you have to know about it. I can't let you sign any sort of treaty with humanity until you know about the horrors humans are capable of. I am transmitting video files, you can decide whether or not to watch them. I will warn you, the images... they have no words to describe them. I do not say that lightly. I saw these things happen, and I almost tried to use the same weapons used in that war to destroy the human species out of fear that they might take those horrors to other worlds. That's how terrible it was, if you don't watch them, then use my words here as proof of how horrifying it was."
