The Manager looked over as Lyre entered. He gave a small nod as she filed her report and glossed over what displayed on his monitor. "Yes, I'm well aware of the shortage. You may tell them that Sarah is bringing a new batch when she returns," he said, switching back over to the cameras. "If you wish you may attend the hunt if you so please but remember to keep your comm if you do. I may have some other work if you do not wish to participate." ---- Rand nodded in agreement about shelter. Getting somewhere safe was good, and when he confirmed it was he could go out to look for the others. Right now in chaos there was no way. He just hoped that Connor was alright and could stay alive, maybe even help out some others. Rand looked up when Penny indicated the giant rock. Rand gave a small grin, that was almost perfect shelter. The rock could virtually seal someone inside to protect them from outside attackers. The problem was getting in. "I think I can get us in, just make sure the coast is clear," Rand said as he walked over to the rock, inspecting it. Moving it entirely would remove its use and I don't even think I can move it, Rand thought. Hm...maybe squeezing through will do the trick. The hunter inspected the rock but failed to see any openings that they could fit under. Rand frowned, he may have to make an opening by lifting it up. "Penny, I think I found a way in. All I need to do is lift up and go under while keeping it up. After I'm in I can keep it supported for a while so you can slip in," Rand said, looking back at Penny. After I make sure the cave is safe I can go look for Connor and the others, Rand thought. Althought...the rock is going to be hard to lift up again from that side. I'll have to take a long break after lifting it the first time. ---- Connor pressed hard to keep them going as fast as they could until they got to the cave. When they finally arrived Connor laid the boy down on the floor. "Right," Connor muttered, leaning against the wall. "I'll be the first to say I don't know first-aid whatsoever, so I mine as well go back out to look for others as soon as we're situated." He didn't want to inform the other two that he was probably the least-experienced but Phil was already injured and Paige seemed like she had some sort of medical training that the task should fall down to him.
