Basically the idea is that throughout the course of the Roleplay the Magicks that were lost when the old kingdom fell somehow come back into existence, or maybe don't come back into existence but are [i]rediscovered[/i]. Then people can use them in conjunction with their relics, that is how you gain more power. By channeling magic through your relic.
