Location: White Bay Port (Docks) Yet another small boat arrived at the harbour of Lougetown, looking just as tattered and worn as the others; perhaps even more so, due to the fact that the only people on the boat were 19 year-old heiress to the Soramasu fortune, Yui Soramasu; and her most trusted butler, Takoki-san, an aging Fishman ex-pirate. As the boat began to dock, Yui slowly became more misty-eyed. She knew that her first step onto the island of Lougetown and into adventure would mean saying goodbye to Takoki-san, the one who had raised her since she was a child, and the one who had taught her everything she knew about becoming a pirate. As she held onto the rope of the sail, she looked over at Takoki-san, who was steering into port and getting ready to dock. "Yui-san, could you please lower the sail?" Yui did as she was asked, and the boat began to slow down. While on the open sea, Yui had been using her 'Kaze Bullet' technique to push the sail so that it moved at high speeds in the ocean, but now they had to slow down, so she could now relax for a while as she prepared to say goodbye to Takoki-san. A few minutes have passed and Takoki-san had docked the boat. He stepped up to the harbour and held out his hand so that Yui could take it. She promptly did did so, and he helped her up onto the dock; bowing after he did so. She nodded at him, and then slowly pushed his head upwards, touching his chin. She gave him a hug, squeezing him as hard as she could. He was taken aback; despite their close relationship, he had always treated her like she was the master. Close contact like this was just not done, but Yui felt a huge influx of emotions and had to let it out. As she tightened her grip on him, she began to cry. "You've been so good to me my whole life! *sniff* I'm really going to miss you Takoki-san!" "I know, Yui-san. I know." He put his webbed, fishman hand on top of her head and comforted her."But I'm getting too old for this life, so I need to find somewhere to just settle down for the rest of my life. Hopefully we can see each other again someday, and you can show me how your Kaze Wushu is coming along!" "What am I supposed to do now? I don't know anything about the real pirate's life!" "You'll be fine. I've taught you everything I know, and you have a good heart. You're going to join an amazing crew and you are going to become a great pirate! I'm proud of you, Yui-san." A tear began to roll down Takoki-san's cheek. He meant every word he said. He had raised this girl into a fine young pirate, and now he had to say farewell, but he had no doubt in his mind that she would ascend to greatness some day. Yui just buried her head into his shoulder. "Oh! Before I forget, I kept this for you!" He reached into his back pocket and gave Yui a small pouch containing some coins. "I know it's not much, but it should be enough for food and accommodation for a few days while you're here." "I wouldn't know where to begin!" "Just find a cheap place for the night, and perhaps in the morning you could go ahead and find a crew." Suddenly, a siren was heard, and fighting began to erupt in the middle of the island. Yui and Takoki-san could hear the commotion from all the way at the edge of the island where they were. They looked on over to the direction of the main plaza, and then Takoki-san loosened Yui's grip on him."I suppose that's my cue then." He walked toward the boat, turn around towards Yui who stood there, clutching the sack of coins, and gave a final bow, before stepping onto the boat. "You should get in there! A good old fashioned pirates' brawl is a great way to practice what I taught you!" Yui stood there, sad that she would have to say goodbye to her most valued companion, but hopeful, as her future was right ahead of her, in the form of a massive battle in the centre of the island. As the boat moved away from the island, Yui ran towards the end of the dock and waved goodbye. Takoki-san waved back, and yelled out, "We'll meet again, Yui-san!" As the boat became smaller in the distance, Yui turned back toward the fight. She wiped her tears away, and began to walk with a refined grace and determination. She was bound to become one of the greatest pirates who ever lived! As she walked, a short pirate wearing nothing but pink shorts and wielding a shortsword ran at her, yelling. He hadn't even gotten within ten feet of her before he was literally blown away by her punching at the air in his general direction. She smiled, tying the bag of coins to her belt. This is going to be great!
