All of the British accents! And heh, it's amazing how many Canadians don't like people mentioning the eh, when it's actually pretty prevalent in their speech. You'd probably have noticed it more in the prairies or on the East Coast(though they've got a whole slew of their own wondrous phrases), still, yeah, not every 2 minutes, but it is there, and it's being kept up a bit by the younger generation here. Not quite as commonly used, but it makes a great end for a question or a statement you want to invite comment on or make a little more mild. :P It's one of those things I have to stop myself from doing when writing dialogue for characters that aren't Canadian, particularly older folks. It just wants to sneak in there. Honestly, it's probably good to know what gets on any specific nationality's nerves as far as people trying to imitate their accent or dialect goes, since you're then aware of what you shouldn't just toss in there because it's the great stereotype everyone knows. I just wonder if anyone's ever been called on it. Or simply for trying something. Different experiences and all. :) Good to know you haven't been though. It's a bit discouraging.
