Also eh, subjects are in different closed off rooms if you misunderstood. It's to avoid subjects killing each other. There will be a common room though where subjects come to interact and scientist interact to watch subjects interacting. It's also one of the few places were scientists can talk freely (supposedly) and experiments can try to talk freely with one another.
