My mopping roomba escaped

Ok so I have this scooba robot that is basically a roomba but it mops. Anyway I left it on the patio, and when I came out I saw it out in the street moving around. I put it back to the deck and turned it on again. When I came back next time it was gone. I think it escaped and is going on some adventure in god knows where.

I don't know why, but imagining a roomba just skipping out of your house and then escaping down the street into the horizon is making me giggle like a little school girl.

I had set up an invisible wall thing that blocks him from moving past it, but it never worked. Now he is probably still out there, roaming the suburban plains in the dark. After it mops the entire area it has access to, it should return to the charging station. Maybe his destiny is to clean the world. Maybe I will see him again some day.
