The hollow obviously showed it's amount of strength, though it wasn't very far away. She would also feel the spirit energy of her Squad mate Hyperion, and some one new if she decided to start sensing. It was obvious which way she needed to go to help, or she could have went back to go get Sinai. Obviously already distracted the hollow wouldn't be moving anywhere.

Haruka's eyes narrowed when she felt Hype nearby. She shifted with the ground and stepped back when it cracked. "Not good..." She ran back to retrieve Sinai after she ordered Alucard to stay put until she got back. "Put that on pause, Sinai. My squadmate is nearby along with another person. Can you charge enroute?" she asked, then motioned for her to follow Haruka. She ran off and passed Alucard, whom ran right after her.
