That's the idea. You can have a Water-based Hissatsu, like water clones or breathing a spray of it from your mouth, but never both at the same time! It'd be kind of unfair, right?
Also, I edited the first post with the character sheet and examples of what powers you can choose from- make your own, just be sure that they have [i]something[/i] to do with one of the seven elements!
