Murry turned away from Mark when he noticed Darren and Todd were "admiring" his stealth tech. It was impressive, but he didn't think it was worth the risk just to get a better look at it. Murry noticed that Beau looked a bit uneasy when the explosives were mentioned, but he didn't say anything. It would be better to not pry. He did hear Eli's plan, and he had to admit it was pretty good. If they did have a force field protecting the place, then luring them out was probably the best bet to get them to drop the shield.

"I don't have a problem with that plan, but I think it comes down to our leader for this mission." Murry said pointing over to Mark. "If we do go with this plan though, you made need this." Murry took the ammo for his gun out of his pack and put it in his pocket. He offered the pack to Beau. "Hopefully you won't need anything in here, but it'd be better to have it and not need it, then to need it and not have it."

Daily looked with interest as Murry mentioned explosives, enjoying the thought of seeing ETs blown away, flying dead this way and that. It brought a small evil smile to her visage for a brief moment. Her attention was brought back when Mark said her name, looking over at him as he pointed to her and said another girl had yet to be there. ”Then I say she’s out. I don’t have time to deal with people who are late. You’re late for a mission, I can’t count on you by my side in the mix of things,” she said with a frown, her dark eyebrows knitting together and clashing with her light hair. When Mark said they got to ‘blow the place to shit’ though the smile returned to her face. Though she looked confused slightly when he asked them to guess where a safe zone was that the ETs wouldn’t think to look at. She had no idea. She wasn’t really the thinking type until she was in the fray. Once someone gave her a direction she was fighting and bullying her way into where ever she was needed, getting things done. But planning had never been her strong suit. Especially when she was just a tad drunk.

Her attention was taken by Todd who made her crack up laughing in his spiel for some reason. Especially when he said ‘I mean you damn it’. It just made her giggle more, cheeks turning red. She coughed though and took a deep breath to regain her sense of awareness. She raised an eyebrow when Beau asked that she ease up on the alcohol, looking like he was crazy. ”Yeah, how about I’ll do what I want,” she grinned, having already put away her bottle anyway. These people had no idea about her did they? She would never jeopardize a mission. That would get her killed. And she always looked out for number one.

She listened with a concentrated frown as Fruitcup laid out a plan in the dirt. ”I have no plans so… that works for me,” she shrugged, looking to Mark and Beau for approval.

Mark's eyes slid to Darren and Todd, shaking his head before approaching Eli and the others, he'd get the box back, but not just yet as he hunkered down to listen to the plan, eyes watching Eli's stick move in the dirt, seeming thoughtful and nodding slightly, clearly, he was still letting the others figure out where he intended to hide out as their re-enforcements arrived.

Slowly, he looked up to Eli, making sure he had his attention before he spoke, slowly and a little louder than usual for his benefit "It's a good plan, though, the question is, where do I fit in? You've named everyone but your tank in your plan, that's what the team is chosen for, I'm as much a part of it as yourself and the others, and again, I'm saying it's a good plan" slowly, he turned back to Todd and Darren.

"Oi,.you two, get over, here, Todd, this plan is damn good, so I suggest you listen, and Darren, you took my tech from my pocket, you can just as easily put it back, you have two minutes before I break every last one of your fingers" he said simply, eyes shining brightly as he ran thr plan through his own head, a thoughtful expression on his face before his mask dropped over the features, lenses flashing slightly to imprint the markings in the dirt.

Darren was pulled from his amazement by Todd’s approach and his interest in the box that Darren had taken from Mark Dean. Before he could answer Todd, he heard Mr. Dean speak up and request that he return the box to its rightful owner. His mind was torn between the two requests.

He got on his feet, adjusted his hat and spun the box on his finger like a basketball. He turned to Todd and spoke under his breath to avoid Mark Dean from hearing them. “Eh, this box isn’t that great man, you wanna see something cool? Check this out.” Darren switched on his hard-drives. He tossed the box in the air and as it fell, he tightly focused a stream of sound waves to stop it’s descent into a forward motion, aiming it at Mark Dean. He then guided it into his pocket, smiled and switched off his hard-drives. He smiled at Todd, self-assured of his feat, even if it wasn’t that impressive. The entire thing took exactly 1.33 seconds and only used .12% of his remaining battery life.

“I don’t know what you’re talking about ‘Twain, I don’t got your stinking box.” Darren said as he puffed air out of his mouth and headed over to listen to the plan since it felt like they were all about to put it into motion soon.

Beau crouched down, following Eli, and balanced on the balls of his feet, his arms over his knees. He watched carefully as Eli began to draw something in the dirt. Beau watched Eli explain his understanding of the ETs and their base set up., nodding a few times to show he understood so far.

Beau ran the scenario in his mind, helping him comprehend the plan clearly.

Alex will create a large scene, a good distance away to lure as many of the ETs out. His distraction will be big enough to cause concern and curiosity. ETs were curious about the humans with powers as they couldn't quite comprehend them. They had been studying humanity for several hundred years and knew almost everything about them. The only thing they couldn't fully understand were human emotions but they calculated this as a non-threat and easy to overcome with their technology and evolution. But when they arrived they began to discover some humans with powers, powers they could not explain and had never seen in humanity before. Beau knew the ETs were interested in these types of humans and he had never seen one killed, only captured, most likely for study. If they weren't careful they would all be captured for study and Beau didn't like the idea of being studied by these monsters; it wouldn't probably translate in to prolonged torture.

Beau added to Eli's plan with elaboration for clarity but kept looking at Eli to make sure what he was saying made sense with the outline of a plan Eli had come up with. Beau enjoyed collaborating like this. If they continued to lean on each other and build off of each others strengths they had a strong chance of success.

"So, Alex lures the ETs out with his impressive display of powers, impressive but dangerous enough for the ETs to need backup. Because of how many will come towards Alex to retrieve him Murry will be hiding," Beau looked to Murry and pointed at him, "which you seem to be very good at, and you will come out to help Alex at just the right time. You can use your versatile stingers for attack while Alex continues to use his powers for defense." Beau looked from Murry, to Alex who nodded his head, then back to Eli.
"They are both strong and capable to complete their task of killing or subduing the ETs in time to return back to the towers with our group."

Beau continued to elaborate on Eli's plan, speaking loud enough for the group to hear. "While Alex and Murry are controlling the ET forces that left the towers, me, you, Daily, Darren and Todd will enter their clearing and scout for any rogue ETs to take down. Once the perimeter is clear, Todd" Beau looked to him and pointed, enhancing the lines drawn from Eli in the dirt with his fingers for emphases "Todd, you will find their biggest aircraft and learn how to maneuver it. You will cover the skies for ETs and any backup they may send our way. Once you've confirmed control via air for us you can come back to support us in finishing the mission. Your ability to learn their technology is valuable and we could use you on ground floor. Say, I have a couple questions for you. Todd, would you be able to remotely controlling the aircraft for coverage, overriding their systems electronically to run on it's own? Also, can you reverse your ability and break down any piece of technology rendering it useless?"

Beau looked back to the dirt drawn plan by Eli. "And then, as you said, the rest of the group, once done scouting outside the towers, will go in to the main towers and find their power source. There will be more ETs on guard most definitely so we will need to be on the look out, fast and efficient. At this point if we kill or subdue all remaining ETs, which shouldn't be a whole lot, we will have the force field back down, Alex and Murry back with us, and we will be able to connect together, protected by the force field to overtake the left over ETs and finally control their main system. If this is indeed their main base for the greater area we will take back control of all surrounding ET camps and the state will be ours. Then...all we have to do is repeat the mission 49 more times." His last sentenced trailed off. It was a depressing thought but he didn't want to think of it at the moment. One step at a time. Perhaps they would come across something that could disable the ETs across the nation and globe or even threaten them enough to want to leave Earth all together.

Beau looked from the ground, turning his eyes up to meet Eli. "This is a good plan Eli. We will make it work." He looked up at around at the group. "We have to make this work." Bea stood back up, his body slightly stiff from sitting crouched for so long. He caught the bag that Murry suddenly through in to his arms. "Thank you." He said, adding with some concern "Are you sure you won't need this?"

Beau glanced to Daily. She was one strong young woman. She seemed fine with the plan and would work well with the team as long as nobody tried to tell her what to do on a personal choice level. Fair enough.

Beau looked to Mark as he asked where he could fit in. "It depends on your abilities. If you believe you are strong enough to help Alex and Murry in expediting their mission and getting them back to the towers so we can drop the force field I suggest you go with them. The quicker we can re-group and be locked safely inside the better."

Beau looked to Ray, who had fallen a bit quiet. He pointed to him. "Ray you come with our group." He was quick but fragile so it wouldn't be good to have him fight the main group of ETs outside the force field area. His powers would serve the group well as they went to take the towers.

Beau glanced to Darren and Todd with their antics with the box. He exhaled deeply, losing patience quickly. They were very close to finishing their game plan and heading off for their mission. He looked around the group. "Does everyone understand? Any questions or suggestions to add before we move forward?"

Beau rubbed his hand along his stubble-covered cheek, thinking hard but obviously frustrated. The mission was a lot harder than they initially thought...and more dangerous. They all knew the risk but, at least for Beau, he was realizing at this point that they all might not get out of this alive or in one piece.

Eli had set up a nice game plan they could all follow. If no one had any questions and if everyone understood their role they would head out to start their mission.

Ray crossed is thin arms over each other, listening attentively to the plan that Eli had come up with. At first, Ray was slightly confused with what he had to do during the mission. He knew he was a good asset when it came to infiltration and discretion, but the plan seem to be to reckless in Ray's eyes. When you sneak around and hide, you have a chance to observe your surroundings and put all the factors of the situation into account, where as if you just run in and do things, you can never be certain what they have up their sleeve. This is how Ray was feeling about now. He knew Eli's plan could, and probably would, work just fine, it just made Ray uneasy to think about the execution. Ray had a few questions lingering around in his head, but none about the plan itself, more of the situation. Like: Why attack this specific landing pad? there are plenty of other Visitor controlled area's that could prove to be just as much, if not more, valuable to the cause of the rebellion. Ray could only imagine the uniqueness of this landing pad in regards to all ET landing pads, but it still made him wonder. "I have a question." Ray interrupted, "What would we do if the Visitors had something up their sleeve, like a secret weapon? We don't know why we're overtaking this specific landing pad, there must be something about it that it would take several super-humans to complete. I think we should come up with a back-up plan, maybe an escape or something. If they had grade A military supplies there, for what ever reason, we wouldn't stand much of a chance with a few pistols..." Ray stated.

Ray tried thinking about all the setbacks and errors in the plan that could prove fatal to the group, this was if they got brought up, they could think of a way to remove them. Making a solid and flawless plan. One of the signs that this was a good plan, was that Ray couldn't find any mistakes. The simplicity of the plan made it hard to mess up, Ray started to believe this plan would work after further examination. Ray started shaking his leg as he stood there, his previous anxieties about the plan subsiding and being replaced with some energy. "How long do you think we will have to hold down the landing area? Not long right?" Ray asked, it wasn't a big it was just that Ray was curios.

“Umm, I kinda do have...a question...too...” Darren spoke up, despite the sensible part of his brain telling him that Beau was hostile towards him. He felt like he needed to ask his point quickly as to not raise his ire.

“So, I can create barriers with soundwaves, but I have to be stationary, since I have to keep refocusing new waves to keep up the barrier. The barrier is about the size of one and a half people at it’s strongest and only weakly can protect two people at most, I have no offensive capabilities with my power, and since you said we have to be, and I quote ‘fast and efficient’ wouldn’t my abilities be counterproductive?”

Darren felt worthless. He wanted to suggest aiding Murray and Alex but knew that they could back each other up and all he could do was put up a barrier to one of their backs. Then again, if he went with the rest of the group, he’d just be an over-glorified cheerleader. He needed to think of something, at least a suggestion to aid everyone and get some good will from the group.

“All I could really think of is to watch the door to the tower, but with my current charge, I could only put a barrier around it to keep out any stray ETs for about 5 minutes and 11.14 seconds before my batteries died and I would most likely follow them quite rapidly, haha......” Darren shrugged, his powers sucked. He muffled under his breath “...and I left my pompoms at home...” Darren, slightly confused as to what his role was in the plan, looked at Beau and the others, waiting for some response or to tell him to go home and die since he was right about being nothing but a hindrance to their mission.

While holding his eyes shut Todd heard Mark's voice ring out. 'Oi,.you two, get over, here, Todd, this plan is damn good, so I suggest you listen...' Todd dropped his head, losing all excitement and interest in the box. He knew it would be important for him to being paying attention to the plan; people's lives where at stake if someone didn't do what they were supposed to. Even though he was demanded to join the group and listen to the plan, Todd figured he would simply look at the box of his own volition. When he uncover his eyes the box was already gone, leaving him dumbfounded. None the less He continued on, letting out a sigh as he shoved his hands in his pocket, walking back to the group.

Luckily Todd was able to get back to the group in time to hear Beau go over the plan once again as if to clarify. Todd completely missed the first time the plan was told. He listened to Beau tell the plan as he looked to the ground with his arms folded at hiss chest, his right leg shaking furiously as the rest of him appeared rather calm. Todd nodded every now and again to show that he was actually paying attention this time around. He heard his name come up when Beau was elaborating on what their group would be doing as he looked to Eli. Todd seemed to listen with his undivided attention as Beau said what he was to do specifically. When Beau asked him about his powers Todd shifted his gaze from the ground to Beau. "Well I should be able to override it, I would already know everything about it... so... I guess so, but I would need a computer." He said in response to the first question. "As for the second question, well... Yeah!" He paused before adding. "If I know about it, it means I know all the vital pieces it would need to run, which I would if I saw it, whatever 'it' is. He said finally. Listening to the rest of what he was said; shaking his head when Beau asked if anyone had any questions.

Ray posed his question, drawing Todd attention. Listening to the what Ray asked as well as the concerns and suggested he made, Todd thought he brought up some good points, but decided to stay silent opposed to attempting to answer the question. He knew he wouldn't even be able to give a decent answer to it. Instead he waited for someone else to answer, it made him kind of curious as to what they would do in said situation.

Eli looked up at Mark as he came over, nodding as he spoke. Beau then knelt down to add some details in the plan, including Mark in the mix. It was coming together nicely. He looked up just in time to catch Ray's question.
"Well, we can't really plan for a secret weapon," He said, "That's why they're kept secret. But if it all goes south, we can retreat and meet back here. Hopefully, it won't. And hopefully we won't have to hold down the fort long. Mark could call for reinforcements once we have it. Maybe." He looked over at Mark for confirmation.

Murry shrugged as Beau if he would be okay without his supplies. "I'll manage, after all if I can't handle the Others with my stingers and gun there's not much in the pack that could save me. Besides, I brought those for the group, and to be honest your job will be harder." He looked over at Alex, his partner for the first part of the mission. He had been quite lately, but that could have just been because there were so many people already talking. Murry also heard Ray bring up some good points about what the Others had at the landing pad and how long they would have to hold it. "If the Others do have a secret weapon, we'll just have to concentrate on it first. Todd could analyze it or take it out with an aircraft if we need to. As for how long we have to hold it, who knows. It could be a matter of hours, or it could take days depending on how organized the rebels are, but once the we control the shields it shouldn't be too bad."

Murry heard Darren speak up about his role, from the way it sounded it didn't seem like he thought he could be much help. Murry thought for a moment trying to find a role that he could help with. "Darren, if we do need the explosives they may need time to get set up. The detonators were lost, so they'll have to be set on a timer. Whoever goes to plant them, if they are planted, could use some cover. Seems like a good job for you. And if you need a weapon, there's a metal baton in the pack I gave Beau. It's not much, but it's easier to kill an Other with it than with your bare hands."

Mark listened to the other's going over the plan, and their roles, nodding as Beau included him in the plan before lifting his mask away from his face once more "It all makes sense, and Murry's right, Darren, your power would be best suited to covering someone for a short amount of time, I can back Murry and Alex up from a distance with my rifle, and, if things get really hairy, I can put my own power to use" he said simply, covering as much as he could in response to major points, then, he turned his attention to Ray.

"The Visitor's don't have any top secret weapons or tech in that compound, they seized it from Rebel forces not even a week ago and have been under surveilance, this is one of the easiest missions you... We, we will all face, which is why it was chosen, think of it, as a dry run, to see how you all adhere as a team, and utilize your powers to the fullest." he stated bluntly, he wasn't completely telling the truth, as it was by no means easy, the Visitors were efficient, and were notorious for taking control of, and re-enforcing any area within a mater of hours, a few days, and it was almost like a fortress from before the First Era.

"As for weapons, Darren... Here, you lose it, I will hunt you down, and break every bone in your body, starting with your fingers" he said as he unholstered his .45, handing it over, clearly, the weapon had been modified specifically for Mark's hands, but they it could be handled by anyone. It was then that he finally turned back to Eli, shaking his head "No, we're all there is until the new owners of the compound show up, no back-up, no nothing." he added before turning to them all at large.

"After this is over, we go the last place the ET's would think to look" Slowly, he turned and pointed towards a distant town, which was a well known command center for the ET's "They wouldn't even think to look out their back window, we camp in their backyard and await orders, so simple, even an ET would mess it up" he said simply, sliding his rifle from his back and cocking it.

"As for how long until we hand over control... Not even command knows how long it'll take to get a battalion out here, specially on foot, no-one can guess when the enemy will attack" he finished, looking to each of them before his clock, they still had half hour before go time. "Lets send 'em back off of our rock."

Beau nodded as Mark solidified everything. It seemed that everyone knew their role and they were ready to head out to implement their plan and take control of the towers. Beau tossed the bag Murry gave him to Darren. "Take this Darren. You're in charge of these weapons. I'll let you know if we need any of the explosives but use Murry's weapons as needed." Hopefully giving Darren the charge of handling their bag of tricks will give him some more confidence for the mission. Besides Alex, who has been very quiet, Darren seemed the most unsure of the group. But everyone here was summoned for a reason so there was no reason to doubt each of their role of importance to complete the mission.

Beau looked around at their team. "Alright then, I think we're ready to move out. "Alex, Murry and Mark will go first to lure out the ETs. The rest of us should stay hidden. We'll hide in the brush at the side and lie low until we get the signal from you guys to move in." Beau paused then looked to Mark. "What will your signal be?"

“Oof” Darren caught the bag of wonders. His arm felt strangely full of weapons. Despite holding the weapon equivalent of a small army, he still felt like a dead weight. True, he wasn’t invited in the natural sense, but he had to make the best of it and possibly think outside the box.

“Thanks, mates. I’ll take good care of the boom bag. Though, I should probably be honest, hypothetically there is one way I can be offensive, but it’s probably stupid so I’ll just keep it for the worst case scenario.” Darren shot an awkward smile and tried to convey the sense of readiness and confidence he needed to as they prepared to head out. “Also, thanks for the gun, I’ve never shot one before, but I’ve read a few comics that had them, so it should be fine.” He knelt and removed his backpack while listening what the signal would be and put the contents of the bag in his backpack. He then put the backpack back on his back and put Mark’s .45 in one of the side-pockets of the backpack.

Daily watched Darren moving the box without touching it, finding the ability interesting, but she didn’t want to lose focus of her objective. Take the towers. That was easy enough right? She just stood over the guys who were all leaned over Eli’s dirt plan, observing but not crowding. She listened as Ray questioned about a secret weapon, and Darren about his usefulness within the plan. She found it all a bit trivial. She sighed heavily, trying not to roll her eyes and nodded when Eli said if they had to retreat, to come back to this spot. Welp, seemed as though they were a team not. How quaint.

Her ears perked up more when Mark spoke, as what he said was actually sem-important. No secret weapons. Former Rebel force base. Easy mission. She smirked at Mark’s threat, finding it made him slightly more appealing when he spoke to Darren about what would happen if he lost his gun. Well, at least some of their team wasn’t weird or useless.

After the mission is over, go to the next town over. Awesome. She could do that. Following orders was one thing she knew how to do. So she just tapped her toes and awaited the start of the mission, stepping behind a few of her comrades to hide from Darren after he remarked that his extent of gun knowledge came from comic books. In her mind she was still repeating the relatively simple plan. Distraction. Hiding. Storm base. Take towers. Seize control without dying. Go to the next town over. ”I’m ready when the time gets here,” she mumbled pulling her bottle out again and drinking a bit more before putting it back. Ah yes. That helped everyone else not annoy her so much.

Todd took a step away from the group. He would turn around to have his back facing the group as he moved his hands to his head. Looking up at the sky, he took a deep breath and collected his thoughts. "Alright, time to get my shit together. Its almost time to head out... So only thing left to do is wait." He would say to himself under his breath. Todd closed his eyes and looked down from the sky, folding his arms at his chest. When he opened his eyes a look of seriousness covered his face, he knew what he had to do. He knew what his role was in the mission at hand. Todd turned back to the group. He waited with his arms still folded at his chest, his right leg was shaking while he stood.

Looking back at the group, Todd noticed they'd given Darren the task of carrying the bag of weapons. He looked to the groups then back to Darren a few times before locking his eyes to the group. "Uhm... Can I have a gun too?" Todd asked openly, slightly raising his hand in to the air about head height. "I mean if I run into one of the Others, I'll need something to defend myself. Right?" He added, hoping it would be a decent enough reason to have one, seeing is he did really want some sort of personal defence. Shifting his eyes from each member of the group as he waited on the answer.

Beau pulled out his gun and tosse dit to Todd. He was confident he would be strong enough to fend off the ETs with his emotions long enough. "You've got 10 rounds" he warned him. "Shoot wisely."

Beau then pulled from his bag a red flare and tossed it over to Murry. "Once you get the ETs back far enough use this and the explosives for your distraction. It will pair as a signal for us that you're on your way back to the tower where we'll be ready to put the shield back up after you enter the premises."

Beau turned to address both Murry, Mark and Alex. "Alright guys, go down to the left and towards what looks like the front of the towers. Begin your diversion tactics and lure them out. Once enough of the ETs have come out to handle your drama, and make it big, we'll move in from the side and enter the towers immediately once the force fields go down. Murry, you keep an eye on our group. The moment we're in you guys need to set up some blasts and the flare to give distance between you and the ETs then head back to the tower."

Beau inhaled deeply then exhaled. Things were getting serious. He turned to Todd. "As soon as we're inside the towers you head to the main frame. I've seen it before and you can't miss it. It's one flight of stairs up and the largest room on the level. Inside is a large panel with lots of blinking lights. We're counting on you to learn their piece of technology and maneuver it to work on our commands. Be careful because there may be an ET left in the control room. Once you see Alex, Murry and Mark approaching back to the tower drop the shield back down as soon as they're in safe range."

Beau turned to Daily, Darren and Ray. "You three stay at the base to handle any ETs that slip through with the boys." Beau then turned back to Eli, making sure he had his attention so he could read his lips and understand him properly. "I want you to come with me. Once Todd gets control of the tower we'll scout the floors."

"Alright, let's go!" Beau straightened himself and looked around at their group. It was an odd bunch but they all had their purpose and he was confident this would work.

Beau led Todd, Daily, Eli, Ray and Darren down the slope and to the side. They came to a large bush area where they could crouch down and be covered until the diversion was made by Mark, Murry and Alex to drop the shield and lure the ETs out.

Murry nodded when Beau handed him the flare and explosives. It was finally time to begin. Wishing the others a silent good luck he began to make his way down towards the base. He ducked behind some brush and looked over at the base, they needed a good distraction to let the others in, but to do that Alex would first have to show off his powers. He readied his SMG and aimed it towards the entrance of the base, where the Others would be coming from. "Alright Alex, you're up. Me and Mark will cover you. Once we get enough of them out here I'll set of the bombs and flare. Ready?"

Todd caught the gun in his hands, a little surprised they'd actually given him a gun to use. Looking down at the gun in his hands, he would inspect the firearm. Nothing seemed to be wrong with it. "Okay, 10 rounds. Shoot wisely... Got it." He said back to Beau, acknowledging that he heard him. Tucking the gun into his waistband for the time being, He listened to the rest what everyone else would be doing. Everything was planned out well, if nothing went array this would work. "Right, drop the shields when they get in range for entry." Nodding his head, but a look of slight confusion came over him soon after. "Wait... do that then head for air support?" He questioned in hopes that it would be clear up. 'Alright, let's go!' Todd became increasingly more excited and nervous, making it hard for him to stay still as they began to head out, following behind Beau and the rest of his party for this mission.
