After the fall of Dakara and the defeat of the Ori Chulak is seen as big point in the rebllion for where it all began, thanks to Teal'c. It's like the second favourite Free Jaffa place after Dakara, but they never re-inhabited dakara after it was owned by the Ori. Likely there is some reconstruction effort but it won't be capital worthy as of yet.
