Personality: Viper is a wise yet highly aggressive and violent Dragon who hates all other creatures and deicers a would ruled by Dragons and all other races are ever dead or bow before them out of fear she has always hated her mother and despised her brother and has swore ravage for her banishment by their hands 

Bio: ever since Vipe was a child her mother always fevered her brother raising him to be the next dragon king even thou he was soft, arrogant and reckless she saw him as week and unworthy of the title and responsibility's of Dragon King and believed she would make a better ruler she only became more sure of this as they got older and Draco's many character flaws became worse however she did think he took a step in the right direction when he began to hate humans however she knew this was just because he felt betrayed and she liked his quick thinking in sealing away the Pheonix Queen but in her opinion this was to little to late while Draco was fighting to become Dragon king she was forbidden to join the battle by her mother but she disobeyed and entered the battle anyway in an attempt to become the next ruler of the Dragons but once her mother saw this she attacked Viper and defeated her then banished her for her disobedience since then she has built a small army by reciting all the dragons that where banished before and after her and even a few in her brothers army who think like her that Draco is unsuited to be the Dragon King
