With blond hair that graces his shoulders and green eyes. His skin is fair, with a small scar on his chin from a knife. When compared to others in the academy he isn't all that impressive, at least physically. Standing at 6'2 and only about 189 pounds, Eddie has a decent musculature but nothing above toned. However, his power does not allow anyone a closer look besides a blurred silhouette. Eddie's clothing is casual in style, with graphic t's and jeans. When working out, Eddie wears shorts, a tank, and running shoes. Sleeping is a simple affair, just a pair of boxers. Personality: At a first glance, Eddie paints the picture of resentment. He doesn't like being a mutant, his power keeps him from even pretending that he is normal, and he is constantly tired which makes him snappy. However peel away the resentment, the fear, and the grumpiness and you will find a guy who is actually pretty sweet. Eddie doesn't like feeling like a jerk but he can't help himself when he sees all these, mostly, put together individuals comfortable in their own skins. Likes & Dislikes: + Sunny days + Sleeping + Running + Painting - Drugs - Alcohol - Bullies - Bigots - His powers Mutation: Eddies body is in a constant state of high frequency vibration, allowing him to do several things. His most prominent power is the ability to shake things with such a high frequency that they crumble to dust or every organ and bone is pulverized. Secondly, his molecules move so quickly that he is able to have brief moments of intangibility however it never lasts longer than a minute. Other lesser abilities are as fallows: Molecule acceleration, causing the area around his hands to heat up. Detecting vibrations in the air. And finally, controlling the pitch of his voice. While potentially very powerful, Eddie does have some drawbacks. For one, his body never stops. His entire body is in a constant movement and as such he has hard time sleeping, the sounds make it hard to hide, and specialty shoes had to be made to allow him to walk. The "Dusting" ability takes time to do as well, with varying degrees of time. Something like stone or concrete might take thirty seconds to plow through one and a half feet while only about a dozen seconds could hospitalize someone. The intangibility also comes with its own sets of problems, namely gravity. Without its effect working on him in that form, whichever direction he was going will be the one he commits to. And then theres the issue of getting something stuck in something while becoming solid again. Fears: That he will always be considered a freak. History: Eddie grew up relatively normal. No big drama with a dead parent or sworn vengeance. Eddie was just a kid, his parents were your average blue collar workers, and he was content with that. However something was always off about him, he was always so excited and no matter what his parents did he was determined to stay that way. Even Ritalin didn't last long, eventually his parents just hoped with age he would mellow out. Thankfully he did, but with the cost of his "normalcy". After his powers flared up the first time Eddie was determined to not attract attention to himself. Going through school being a hidden mutant was fun, in fact it was the opposite of fun. However he pushed through it, even as his outburst got worse and more frequent. Eventually it all came crumbling down when he cornered by some local bullies and a confrontation ensued. Eddie did his best but four against one weren't the best of odds for the teen. In the end Eddie was bloody and bruised but still fighting, at least until it happened. With a titanic swing, Eddie was knocked on his ass and the world spun in an all too familiar way. When the world stopped buzzing, Eddie was aware of two things. One, his body hadn't stopped moving and two, that one of the bullies arm was a limp noodle. The press exploded, the small town finally had something worth writing about. "Mutant Boy Harms Local Tough!" or "Big Trouble in Little Town, We Got Muties!" and his favorite, "Freaks On Our Doorstep!". Eddie was humiliated, vilified, and hated by the general public. His parents lost their jobs, he was unofficially expelled from school by the students, and his simple life was turned into a living hell. However all wasn't too bad, soon a man called "Xavier" came and told Eddie and his parents about a place where he can learn to control his abilities and find a safe haven against the bigots and fear mongers found around the globe. With careful thought, Eddie's parents agreed to send him to the Academy where he has been for the last couple of months.
