The door to the meeting room seemingly opened by itself and behind it stood a older woman who appeared to be in her mid sixties. She wore a deep blue suit, that complemented sapphire eyes, a small pair of round rim glasses that sat low on her nose, and her long, greying blond hair was neatly combed. She walked confidently through the meeting room towards the seat next to Omega. As she approached the seat it pulled itself out from under the table for her to sit in. She took her seat, it pushing itself back in, and looked over the group. She cleared her throat and waited for silence to come to the group before she spoke in a tone that commanded authority. "For those of you who do not know me I am Agent Integra Wingate. I have worked for the BSA for the past forty years. I have learned and held secrets that would drive most mad, something you all will soon have to do as well. I have also risen through this organization high enough to be entrusted with a certain... responsibility." The woman said before she stood, her seat pushing itself in as she walked away from it. "Those of you have yet to be able to tell I am a mere human, not a ghoul or witch or anything else of that nature. I am no more abnormal than the average person you would find on the streets. But you may have wondered of these subtle occurrences that started since I entered the room." She said before holding out her hand and a glass of water that was on the table floated gently through the air and into her hand. She took a sip from the glass before it being floated back to the table. "These have to do with my aforementioned responsibility. For you see I am in charge of one of the monsters the BSA captured in it's earliest history." She said in a calm, but serious tone. "Ruvik." She said simply. A moment later a young red haired man flickered into sight next to Integra. He was dressed in a completely black outfit, his long sleeved shirt, pants, and boots being the color. His crimson eyes looked over the occupants of the room, them showing he was unimpressed but interested. A slight red mist surrounded and floated off of the man. Integra gave a slight hand gesture to the man. "This is Ruvik, a being that has been in the service of the BSA for centuries and my personal service for the past two decades. Is this correct Ruvik?" She said before looking to the man known as Ruvik. "Yes Madam Wingate." He said in a monotone. "Ruvik is composed of raw psychic energy. Some of you may know this is the energy taped into by telepaths, mind readers, psychics, and other beings of that trade. This makes him quite the master of manipulation both the mind and spirit. Isn't that right Ruvik?" She said as she looked back again to Ruvik. "Yes Madam Wingate." He said in the same monotone voice as before. "You may wonder why I am telling you all this? The answer to this is simple. One of you will become Ruvik's new bound mate. You will be responsible for ensuring that he is under control at all times and that he achieves the goals of our organization, to protect the unknowing from the supernatural." She said, a thin smile coming to her lips as she looked the group over.
