Though let's be honest, if spam isn't meant to be a random community then it's a community of people who know each other.
There is no set goal, topic or focus rather than 'spam/whatever you want' so it's more of a "This group of friends" page than anything.
While most forums have some focus but [i]also[/i] have it as a group of friends.
