Alright. I see he has quite a bit of overpowered equipment at his side. If that sort of stuff gets used, pretty much ever without my consent, he will be banned. 

Though, as you have PMed me with your reasons and ideas, I will begrudgingly accept him. Don't powerplay, I won't give many chances with him, as he could do too much damage with even one slip.
