I didn't realise Shiro said strongest f(^_^') And Kurisa said that's 5th seat and up. You do know that Mirja doesn't have to stay at Squad 11 right? Go to Squad 8 and hang out with Aya and Fumio or Chie at Squad 3, just ask like Zane if he wants to interact or tell him you want to meet a character of his xD Interact (Sorry for the late response, had to go to bes because I have college today xP)
