Can confirm, eight feet and stealthy don't mix. The last time Cub was on a covert mission he fell off a roof and crushed a Redguard.

I think that if Zainat dies, and its okay with you d00dz, I might replace him with an Argonian Shaman. Dwemer are bad, mkay, so The Hist send an Argonian to find the Heroes and render assistance. Mayhaps he'd be able to meet up with Cub and Co.?

Ah, its times like these on a chilly night with rain pouring down outside to just snuggle in my blanket.

Anyone else enjoy that feeling?

I'm really freaking bored and my internet is dead....

Why would the argonians care? Their kingdom is pretty much isolationist and the dwemer never settled that far South. I mean, I'm fine with the character idea and can see an individual making the journey, but having their government being concerned about it via Hist and then deciding to send a lone emissary to deal with it is a bit farfetched.

Keep in mind it took Marassa years to find her brother, as well. It's not easy to find somebody across the continent while they too are moving.

TRIGGER WARNING: MK LOREBABBLE

The Saxhleel's An-Xileel government likely wouldn't - But the Hist might. Remember that in the ONE Ancient Tales of the Dwemer that actually came from The Dwemer, the Dwemer were killing The Hist en masse for <reasons>. The Hist Hive-Mind/Oversoul, being Unscrutable and badass enough that Aka (Primal, whole form of Aka-Tusk [Akatosh]. Includes Tosh-Raka, Alduin, and Auriel) siced the Jills (female dragons) on them because they didn't belong. (Hist are from a destroyed realm of oblivion [Black Marsh is hinted to be a fragment of this realm, incidentally] from a previous Kalpa - Explains why Umbriel had the Um-Hist, that Argonians could feel the connection they felt from the Hist from them) From what I've seen, the Dwemer want Order - And they want Nirn for themselves. Perhaps the Hist see them as a Threat for their future plans - They are planning to take over the next Amaranth, something I think the dwemer might be against (As it violates everything they believe. Gods and Dreams becoming Self-Aware and spawning Sub-Dreams that are just as real as reality do not mix with Reason and Logic) So they tell a single Saxhleel to go to Hammerfell, guiding him to Cub and Company - like Ria Silmane guided the Arena Champion (As in, hey, shitlord, wake up and go find a 8 foot tall orc traveling in Hammerfell. K bye.) Wouldn't be perfect, but... *Shrug*

Anyway, its all conjecture / an idea of 'just incase Zainat dies, Argonian Shaman"

And its also only if you are willing to have some MK Lorebabble be in the backround of the narrative - I remember when agreyloon tried to join as KINMUNE and a Corprus infected Sixth House Cultist, and when both were rejected tried to use MK Lorebabble to show you why none of you knew anything about Elder Scrolls Lore, and why SHE should have been running the RP, not you or Soul.

Works for me! I like learning new stuff, so thanks for that. I can see that working just fine.

Also, the difference between you pulling up obscure lore and Agreylunatic is that you aren't taking a house sized shit on the game in the process and you've been more than willing to work with us the whole time. :D

If Zaitnat gets dededead, I'm pretty sure we can figure out how Shammy the Coinpurse finds the group. I don't mind suspending logic for the sake of gameplay, as long as it's semi-plausible. Followed clues and a trail of information, great! Had TreePS tell him exactly where to go, not as much.

Yeah, thats what I was thinking, the Hist give him a starting point - They don't want to do all the work, that is up to him.

I think the difference between you and agreyloon is that you don't take the premise of this RP too seriously. I know that the situation in the RP won't happen any time in the established universe of the games and the books, etc. but exploring the what-ifs of the metaphysics of Tamriel is fun and that's what we've been doing. With Krieger, he started out as just an Archer-series expie but with his puzzle-box and whatnot that no one wanted because THEY'RE THE BIG DAMNED HEROES, DAMN IT I planned on expanding on small esoteric tid-bits of MK-babble and other things. I bet you didn't know those solidified shadow-beings were a plausible thing if we're to take one of the lesser known TES installments with any bit of seriousness.

But, when agreyloon came along, she swaggered in like a king/queen, expected to be treated one because she KNEW DA LORE HURR and was basically like, "I think I shall grace thee with my divine presence. You all may learn something from a royal such as I, you plebeian horde."

You on the other hand. You. You're a cool dude.

You know, I kinda miss the times when we had our creeps pop in with a CS, and everyone just went "O_o;"

Like that one dude who's character had all the charm and strengths of the entire current cast, plus was a werewolf. With his own cult. And some dragonborn skillz. Who could single-handedly change the entire plot with a wave of his finger. And the rper was an ass.

...God I wish I saved that CS. It was a hoot to read. Maybe at some point i'll make a mock CS and recreate it.

Wasn't she the one who basically called Dervish Hitler? I think she was.

Update on CS: I'm probably going to end up tearing Zaskar down and then rebuilding him. I don't think I could play a character that psychologically damaged. (Allow me to apologise again for that Riddick bullshit I tried to pull) So, back to square one!

It essentially went like this.

Name: Nosember Big Bear

Race: Nord

Family Origins: An orphaned child raised by a pack of wolves. He didn't earn the title of big bear until at the age of 16 he took down a member of the fighters guild with his "bear" hands.

Appearance: A handsome well built man of tall stature. Shoulder length brown fabio hair, and piercing blue eyes. With a clean, unshaven beard and a chest so hairy that hugging him would give you rug burn, he is the definition of rugged.

Age: Old enough

Equipment: Nordic Steel longsword, Ebony armor.

Miscellanea: Wine and an attitude to go with it.

Favored Skills: High - Two handed, one handed. blacksmith
Moderate - Destruction, archery
low - sneak, alteration

Background and a "brief" history: Abandoned by his parents, Nosember was raised by wolves. His canine parents were slaughtered during a hunt from members of the fighter's guild. They took him in and blah blah blah speed up his age to 16 where he's been clearly eating his wheaties; growing large quickly. challenges a member and wins flawlessly in his first ever fight. He earned his title of Big Bear. From then on he continued to fight and fight and never lose.

Growing into the delicious young man that women and a few men would love to make sweet merry with (And he doesn't judge, at this point if he wanted to he could have a harem, but at this point of his life he wanted more challenges and knowledge), he left the fighter's guild to quench his hunger. Joining the old greybeards, he studied and easily learned how to dragon shout but not as well as you know, was of greybeard decent. (Unless...PLOTTWIST, MAYBE HE IS ONE? only the gms would know...)

One day out traveling he found foxy from five nights at freddy's. Except foxy had become werefoxy and almost succeeded in defeating the bear. Of course bear won, but was inflicted with a curse. Although no one really gave a damn, because bear was the best of the best fighters. When the stormcloak nation attacked his old home, he raced over and fought tooth and nail, leading the charge which gave him more popularity then ever. He's like, the coolest kid at school who smokes cigarettes and makes the ladies' girlhoods tremble from just saying "sup" to them (In a modern day scenario).

Fastforward, he joined the war, fought some more. The aura's came and his newly found werewolf and greybeard powers protected him. After the war he is a renowned veteran. Tots doing what he loved. Hearing of the fall of imperial city, he cursed each passing day. Had he was there, he could have done something. He now seeks the heroes and their buds to join the cause and save the day. (Cue powerpuff girl theme song)

Fighting Style: Stylish and accurate when enjoying the battle, brutal and cut throat when not.

Personality: A boarish type of personality blah blah flirty to the fairer sex as he is always for a Wham Bam Thank You Ma'am blah blah does not fear blah blah

"Remember, Remember, the Bear Nosember." -Nosember XXX9

SO IS HE IN GAIZ!?

My turn! :D

Name: Fast-Hands Fuzzari

Race: Redguard

Family Origins: Fast-Hands Fuzzari was born to a trapeze artist mother and a juggler father that travelled Elsweyr.

Appearance: He looks like Chris Rock, if Chris Rock kind of looked like Wesley Snipes and Forrest Whittaker had their genes spliced in a test-tube. Fast-Hands Fuzzari is a handsome man, as you can envision, more handsome than Frankie in fifth grade, fuck you Frankie she WAS MY CRUSH

Age: Fast-Hands Fuzzari never learned to count, and is therefore ageless, as the saying goes, “You’re only as old as you feel.” Since Fast-Hands Fuzzari does not know how old he is, he is immortal and is cooler than Jim in my class who totally stole my joke in science class teusday, fuck you Jim, pay me back for that book I gave you in sixth grade.

Equipment: Five curved daggers sheathed along the front of his hips when not kept in their case and a ten foot long staff.

Miscellanea: Fifty feet of thin rope, a bag of leaves, a cone used for amplifying his voice over long distances, ten balls big enough to fit in the palm of an average sized-hand.

Favored Skills: High – Two-handed, illusion, one-handed
Moderate - Destruction, sneak
low - restoration, alteration

Background and a "brief" history:
“Juggling is my life. All the world is juggling, one must only look.” – Fast-hands Fuzzari to a child before being chased off by its parents

Fast-Hands Fuzzari, believe it or not, was not always known as Fast-Hands Fuzzari. It wasn’t for a long time because Fuzzari learned to walk tight-ropes from his mother and juggle from his father. His record for things juggled were three relationships with three different women for a month and also seven knives for seven minutes. Fuzzari’s parents foresaw a very lucrative career in circusry. Though, when he was old enough to be called sixteen, he decided to rebel against his parents and their wishes for him to become a tight-rope walking juggler. His dream was to work in an office of a shipping company, filling out papers.

Instead, he fell back into the only thing he knew. Wracked with depression, guilt and doubt, he returned to juggling on street corners for seedy men, accepting pocket change to juggle anything from fruit to twigs and in any number from one to eleven. It was not a good time for him, but he met his only love doing what he did, Zainat, who he’d met when he was juggling in the bazaar of Hegathe. It would not be for a while until he would be able to stare longingly into the Dunmer’s red eyes again. Alas, he soon focused himself totally to juggling solely for the purpose of accruing so much money he’d be able to buy passage to anywhere to follow Zainat and profess his feelings.

When the rebellion started, he refused to use his juggling talents to further the Dwemer war machine, but despite not having the valuable asset that could have been Fast-Hands Fuzzari, they still managed to win. Fast-Hands Fuzzari knows that denying them his services slowed them down quite a bit and allowed Hammerfell to negotiate their terms of surrender and not end up like Skyrim. Shame about their lack of jugglers. Fast-Hands Fuzzari had learned just who he was and was no longer in the midst of turmoil of trying to find oneself. He was Fast-Hands Fuzzari, vagabond, transient, juggler and soon to be hero.

Over years of juggling, it seemed he’d managed to meditate on the meaning of things. Everything was juggling. Nature juggled the plants, the animals, the mer, the men. Men juggled in their minds, trying to find their destinies and he knew mer were so grim or controlling because they have tried so hard to suppress their juggling nature. One must juggle to live, one must juggle sadness and happiness, one must juggle their loyalties to family or nation, seldom can it be both.

Fast-Hands Fuzzari now stands against the Dwemer and Zainat, who very well may be in trouble without Fuzzari and his juggling to protect him. After all these years, Fuzzari knows who he is. He knows what he wants and for once in his life, there is one thing he does not have to juggle. His love and his loyalty one and the same. He needs Zainat. And Zainat needs him.

Fighting Style: Fast-Hands Fuzzari, as one may tell from the name, is an expert juggler and can expertly poke his fingers into the eyeballs of other men and most aggressive animals. Fast-Hands Fuzzari is also an expert boxer and can slice people by juggling his five knives.

Personality: Fast-Hands Fuzzari has a personality that attracts a lot of girls but he doesn’t pay attention to them because his true passion is juggling. Fast-Hands Fuzzari is a cold and calculating juggling machine who has plied his trade anywhere from Solitude to Senchal and he believes he has earned the right to act they way he pleases. It isn’t arrogance when it’s justified.

Misc. Details: Can split an apple in half with his bare hands
Can read really fast
Can juggle well
Will not ride horses
He can dance really good
He once punched an elephant once and knocked it out

Nah man, take it from me, psycho giants are the best to play! You really have to contort your sense of thinking to match theirs and it puts a huge emphasis on self-control wielding that much potential for derailment and/or sheer powergaming. It's not easy but it's worthwhile .
