I ordered a wig and I got an email from the company on the 16th saying it had shipped but every time I checked the tracking code it said the parcel didn't exist

I checked on a whim again today and now it says this?



I don't know what that means.

Simple. Your package hasn't shipped yet. The shipping company simply has the information and is waiting to process the package.
