Hello there. Brawler here. I've...never really done this before but I've been taking a look around so here goes.
I haven't got a whole lot to say in the way of, as most would put it, rules. I more so have...precautions. Pretty well, just make sure that you've got the jist of your craft/downtime/fun/what-have-you, and keep in mind that respect goes both ways. There are things I won't do, and I'm sure there are things you won't. I respect that.
So, dull boringness aside, let's get into some actual info.

I'm into fandom roleplay's, as well as originals, though originals need a bit more fleshing out for me to really dive in as readily.
I tend to lean very heavily towards fantasy worlds, but I'm not entirely opposed to slice of life situations. Mostly though, if it's fantasy it's magic, specialized powers, hyper tech, spirits.

Should I be elaborating more?

I'm mostly into original settings for RP, or failing that settings that encourage original characters (WoW, Wildstar, Corruption of Champions, D&D to name a few)

Have you looked into Wildstar? It's got magic, high-tech, all that good stuff. It's like if Pixar did Firefly.

I just looked into it now, and it seems...interesting to say the least. I'd like to take a larger look, but my current schedule doesn't entirely allow for that. Also, I agree entirely that anything provoking original characters is very nice to have. I simply figured if I laid out the basics of what I preferred, though I appear to have been mistaken. Had...you been interested in trying a roleplay with myself, or just offering advice?

And yeah, Wildstar is pretty cool. Still really new so it needs a lot of polish, but it's got a really pretty awesome start. Only problem for me at least is that it doesn't really run on my comp :s Aurin are super cute though, and down the road I'm totally gonna get into that game :P
