If she can use spells, I suppose my very shady doctor can take notice of her powers as he stalked the many areas of the city with dubious webcams. But I won't argue the super-teen rule, just offering an alternative. 

Also our characters are prone to evolove, especially mine as he encounters new creatures with different abilities and various observations. In other words, things will be added and deleted in the Apps. So woudn't a simple link to the apps be better than copying the entire thing?
