In 1903, the Ottoman Empire withdrew from the Balkans and, in doing so, proved to the world that we had no designs on Europe, that the Ottoman Empire was of no threat to Central Europe and that we were content to remain in our country and rebuild our declining society. So why, if Italy claims to be acting in defence of Central Europe, have they struck at the Ottoman Empire? What threat does Libya pose to Europe? 

It is clear that Italy acts not in defence of Central Europe but for greed and personal motives. Italy seeks not to liberate, but to subjugate.[/center]
