Hmm, maybe Masaki could be the one in charge of maintaining Ikuu's prosthetics? 

I'm not sure how Ikuu would take to Masaki's sour attitude, but Masaki would respect (and not comprehend) Ikuu's ability to appear so happy despite his condition. He'd still be curt and dismissive with him, but likely a little less so than with most others.
