Master jamie let them all talk. He stayed passive, and watched them all. Finally, he turned to Mayt. "I would die for any of you. One of our members has been missing, potentially in danger, for the last three months. I do not know what he has gone through, or what happened, but I know I would go to the ends of the earth and back, to save and protect any of you. We are a family, and I'd expect everyone to what to help save a member. Perhaps I am expecting to much, or have underestimated some of you" She gave a deep sigh, and handed Jarvis her drink. "Most of you would know by now of the rise in dark guilds. However, less and less jobs are coming through to deal with them, which normally occurs through the magic council, as well as through the towns suffering because of the dark guilds. Myself and the other guild masters have noticed this. Nor does the magic council seem inclined to help deal with them. We believe there is corruption amoung the councils ranks. One has been seen in a dark guild. That is all the proof I need that a member or members of the council are maneuvering the others. I shouldn't have said they were like a dark guild, because anyone can be manipulated. It's the fact that nothing is being done. So we prepare for the worst, and hope for the best. I have requested several times access to the book. And had no reply each time. A spy of mine states the letters reach the council, but are always destroyed. That tells me that they know something, something that could lead us to our missing member, Wes. Imagine what it would be like for you all. Lost, perhaps hurt and perhaps in a place you do not know. Surely knowing your guild will come after you is a comfort. But it's been three months, and your hope begins to fade...I cannot stand by while nothing happens." ---- Sasha swallowed. She stepped up, and she began to speak as Master Jamie finished "two years ago now, lost and confused myself, I hunted up this guild after hearing rumors of it. I lost my parents, and my baby brother when I was eight. I lost my mentor when I was 12. I wandered. I searched. I tried to survive. And then I came here. I found I was welcome. I found i was valued. I found a place I knew I could always come back to. And it was the members that made it home. The building could be destroyed and I would still know I had a home. So I will do anything for any member. Because I owe so much to every one of you, those I know well and those i don't. I may not be the strongest, the smartest-I can't een read properly" here she faltered a second, before continuing quickly, "but I know one thing i am. I am determined. I will do this"
