Also, the first post does not count as my Turn, secondly, if someone has a message that involves you, such as an ally request, you can reply any time during the turn they sent it in and it will not count as an update.

Such as me sending an Ally request to Russia and the next post they accept. After that they can still post an update.

Also, no going OP first turn.
