I was scanning his NC, though I can't say I was entirely thorough, I didn't see much that would suggest an eastern culture. I wouldn't see it being too much of a stretch to have Peacekeeper right there, but if it is, There's definitely enough free-land on the Western continent if they'd want to relocate there. 

Just curious, is Asuras still with us?
